- 3. Refunds will not be granted if the issues arise from changes made by the client or due to third-party plugins, themes, or services.
- 4. We reserve the right to assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy
Clients can cancel their web development project, subject to the following terms and conditions:

- III. If a cancellation request is made after the project has started, the refund amount will be determined based on the work completed up to that point.
- IV. No refund will be granted for cancellation requests made after the project has been completed and delivered to the client.
